A repair decision
A limited failure with compatible surrounding material is a different scope from renewing the whole roof.

Start with a free roof inspection to understand a leak, worn covering or a replacement question.
When something changes on the roof, the useful answer is what it means for the next repair or replacement. We walk the roof where conditions allow and look at the covering, roof edges and the places where the weather barrier is interrupted. A stain indoors helps point the inspection toward a water path; it does not establish the source by itself.
A roof inspection is also useful before committing to replacement. An isolated flashing failure on workable roofing deserves a different conversation from widespread deterioration. We explain how the observed condition affects the work, including the limits of what remains hidden beneath the covering.

Shingles and membranes work with the details around them. The inspection considers those connections as part of the roof rather than treating the largest flat surface as the whole job.
The roof walk helps define visible work and the next useful decision. Decking and concealed moisture sometimes need further investigation or exposure during the repair; a surface inspection does not make those layers visible.
A limited failure with compatible surrounding material is a different scope from renewing the whole roof.

Bring the roof question, whether it is a leak or a bigger replacement decision. A free roof walk starts with what is actually visible on the roof.
