Limited connection repair
Sound nearby material makes a focused flashing correction possible.
Roof repair scope
Repair the joints at walls, chimneys and roof penetrations so water returns to the roof surface.
Flashing is the material that bridges a roof connection where shingles or membrane alone cannot close the joint. At a wall, chimney or vent, it directs water back onto the covering. A separated edge, failed seal or poorly connected piece can let rain behind the roof even when nearby shingles look intact.
We inspect the full connection, including the covering around it. A surface bead of sealant cannot replace missing or incorrectly integrated flashing. The repair sometimes needs surrounding roofing removed so the flashing can overlap the water-shedding layers in the right order.

The connection determines the detail and access needed. The visible crack is only one part of that scope.
Worn shingles, damaged decking and deteriorated wall-side material affect how much needs to be opened. We explain the difference between renewing one detail and replacing roofing that cannot support it.
