Seams, curbs and penetrations
Check interrupted membrane areas and the condition around earlier repairs. Use a detail suited to the existing system.
TPO roofing
Trace low-slope roof leaks through the membrane, flashings and drainage before defining the repair.
A leak over a ceiling tile can begin at a membrane seam, an equipment curb or a drain connection some distance away. On a low-slope roof, water can remain against a vulnerable detail when drainage is restricted. We look at the water path and the roof system together so the patch addresses the cause.
The existing membrane determines the repair method. TPO uses compatible welded repair details; EPDM uses compatible rubber-roof materials and preparation. The condition of insulation, deck and attachment can enlarge what initially looks like a surface repair.

A low-slope roof still needs dependable drainage. Repairing the membrane while leaving a damaged drain connection or loose termination misses part of the failure.

TPO roofingBlocked drains, damaged scuppers and edge attachment affect where water sits and how it leaves the roof.
EPDM roofingTell us about the spaces below the leak, rooftop equipment and roof access. The work can then account for building operations alongside the roof condition.
Connect the leak report to roof details and drainage.
Consider moisture and sound surrounding material before selecting a repair.
Separate membrane repair from insulation, deck, drain or broader replacement work.

The roof system, the room below the leak and the access route all affect the work. Start the building's repair or restoration plan with a free roof walk.
